Giftbit continually updates its app, ordering experience, account tools, security options, and funding workflow. Here’s a recap of those improvements take in 2023.
Clearer navigation and communication
In January 2023, we refreshed the app design to make navigation smoother, processes clearer, and pages more responsive. We also updated system emails to make them easier to understand.
In March, we added search by name in Templates and introduced pagination to make information easier to find and work through.
Simpler ordering and account management
April brought a two-step order flow designed to make ordering and payment more intuitive. The inactive account process also moved into the app and became automated.
We made smaller improvements across everyday tasks, including API keys and layouts, contact and funding tables on mobile, team logo changes, tooltips, and the ability to delete contacts in bulk.
More visibility and account security
We launched a Status page in April. In August, we added multi-factor authentication options, including time-based one-time passwords through authenticator apps and SMS login options. These changes were part of broader work on security, scalability, and reliability.
Another way to fund rewards
In September, we introduced direct debit funding as an additional way to add funds to a rewards and incentives account.
Together, these updates made it easier to navigate the app, place orders, manage an account, and fund rewards.
