You can purchase credits for your account via credit card payment or wire/bank transfer. For details on our wire information, log into Giftbit and visit the wire transfer page found here.
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club in the United States; and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in Canada. Credit card payments are subject to a convenience fee of 2.5%.

For credit card payments, receipts are automatically sent by email. If you fund your account via wire/bank transfer and require a receipt, please contact our Finance team at email@example.com.
If you wish to close your account and have your available account balance refunded, there is a one-time Account Deactivation Fee of $90 + 3% of your available account balance. To request a refund and closure of your account, please email our Customer Success team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Accounts become inactive after six (6) months of no gift card sending activity. Inactive accounts are subject to a $9.95 Monthly Inactivity Fee. The Monthly Inactivity Fee is only applicable if you carry an available Account Balance.
To make your account active again, resume your gift card sending activity, and the status of your account will change to active.
No, due to differences in the claim and activation steps, prepaid cards are not currently compatible with in-app redemption.
